Setiap orang menginginkan produk atau pelayanan berkualitas (quality), namun quality tersebut tentunya harus terukur. Bagaimana mungkin kita dapat menyatakan suatu produk atau pelayanan berkualitas kalau kita tidak pernah tahu defenisi tentang quality itu sendiri.
